Infrastructure to IntelligenceAhmedabad, India
From the cable in the wall to the model in production.
Chozar Technologies designs, builds and operates the systems businesses run on. One team across the whole stack — so the network, the cloud, the software and the intelligence on top of it are engineered as one thing.

The axis
Six practices, one continuum.
Most clients enter at one station and move along the axis over years. We are built so that the team who cabled the office is the team who later put a model in front of its data.
How we work
Four commitments we will hold you to.
These are the things that determine whether a technology partner is worth keeping in year three. Ask any firm you are evaluating to put them in writing.
- 01
The problem gets scoped before the solution does
Every engagement starts with an assessment you keep whether or not you hire us for the build. If the honest answer is that you do not need the thing you asked for, that is what the assessment will say.
- 02
Documentation is a deliverable, not an afterthought
Topology diagrams, decision records, runbooks and asset registers ship with the work. A system nobody can explain is a system nobody can operate — and it quietly locks you to whoever built it.
- 03
We build for the handover
Code lands in your repository, infrastructure is described in version control, and credentials are yours from day one. You should be able to move to another team without archaeology.
- 04
Cost is a design constraint
Cloud bills and hardware over-specification are design failures, not surprises. We model running cost during architecture and tell you what a decision will cost before it is made, not after.
Evidence
The drawing comes before the build.
Every engagement produces documents like this one: the topology, the decision record, the rule base with a reason per rule. They are yours, they ship with the work, and they are the reason you could replace us without archaeology.

Engagement
Three ways to work with us. All of them in writing.
Scope, response times, escalation path and exit terms are agreed before work starts. A partner who will not commit those to paper is telling you something.
Project
Fixed scope, fixed deliverables
A defined build with a written specification, milestones and acceptance criteria. Best when you know what you need and want a predictable number.
Office build-outs, application development, cloud migration
Retainer
Ongoing operation, contractual response
AMC or FMC cover with agreed response and resolution targets, scheduled maintenance and a monthly report that says what actually happened.
Managed IT, infrastructure operations, application support
Embedded
Our engineers inside your team
Named engineers working to your backlog, your standards and your review process, for a defined period. Useful when you have the direction and need the hands.
Platform teams, product delivery, AI capability build-out
Insights
What we have learned, written down.
What to check before you sign an AMC
Most annual maintenance contracts are written to be unfalsifiable. Seven clauses that decide whether yours is worth anything.
Managed IT6 minSegmentation is cheaper than a breach
A flat network means one compromised laptop reaches the accounts machine, the NAS and the CCTV recorder. The fix is a weekend of work.
Networks & Security7 minBefore you put an LLM in front of your data
The demo always works. Five questions to answer before a retrieval system touches anything a customer can see.

Tell us what is not working.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right team for the problem. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
