Most technology problems in a mid-sized business are not really technology problems. They are seam problems — the network team does not know what the application needs, the application team does not know what the network permits, and the person who bought the hardware left two years ago.

Why the range

We deliberately cover the full span from structured cabling to production machine learning. Not because a company this size should do everything, but because these six practices share one skill: understanding a system well enough to be accountable for how it behaves under load, under attack, and three years after handover.

In practice it means the same firm that specified your server can tell you honestly whether the AI project you have been pitched is worth doing — and has no incentive to say yes.

How we are set up

Chozar Technologies is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We work with clients across India and take international engagements where the timezone overlap is workable.

We are small, and we are direct about what that means: we take on work we can staff properly and turn down work we cannot. You will always know which engineer is on your account, and you will not be handed to an account manager who has never opened a terminal.

What we will not do

• Recommend hardware or licences we earn a margin on without saying so
• Take an AI project that does not have a task, a data source and a way to measure whether it works
• Hold your credentials, documentation or source code as leverage
• Quote a number before we understand the problem well enough to defend it
